Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan announced the arrest warrants and a ban of political gatherings from all over the country.
Police said they carried out a large-scale operation in İstiklal 바카라to clear the area and clear vehicles involved in the unrest.
About 50 people died in clashes on Wednesday between crowds of students and pro-Kurdish protesters in the southeastern city of Adana.
The pro-Kurdish party of Gezi park protesters on Thursday morning threw bottles at an ambulance and pelted stones at security forces, witnesses said.
Adana was the site of a huge demonstration demanding the resignation of Erdogan on June 4, but Erdogan said there was no plan to remove him, according to his deputy, Okan said.

The Turkish government responded with a tough line against the students, the main group that took part in the June protest. Erdogan called them “undemocratic terrorists,” and declared an “armistice day” for them.
The main opposition Democratic Party said a police officer was injured in clashes Thursday morning.
A curfew is in place throughout Turkey.
