FIVE TIMES IN NFL history

Whew, that was very much “tough love.”

In this year’s season preview, Dan is putting together a five-game fantasy football season. We’ll be taking a look at a few of the league’s players, and I’ll try to bring you an interesting story about one of them. I’ll be writing a blog series over the next couple of weeks that will tell the story of this group of players through five games. My hope is that it will provide additional context into their seasons, and provide players such as Brandon Marshall, Danny Amendola, and Emmanuel Sanders an opportunity to develop into a big-time player in our fantasy football leagues. Hopefully you’ve got the right players to help fill those gaps, and if you don’t, at least your team will look a whole lot better. Here’s what you should look for in each game:

A good team can come together, create a great play for a player to step up and make a big play with the ball in his hands, and win the game on an interception or a penalty. These plays happen so often in football that a small team can win an NFL game if it can outrun the opposing team on the road.
